Marold Herald #141 + WINTER VIDEO: March 18, 2024

Hello everyone!!

I went to a musical last week and it was presented simultaneously in American Sign Language as it was spoken. All the main characters either spoke and signed or had an actor who largely did not speak out loud and had a dedicated double who voiced for them. That was the case for the supporting characters as well, except for some of the school scenes where the teacher's/administration's lines were projected onto the back stage wall.

It was incredibly cool. And I ran into a couple people I hadn't seen in many years there! Lovely night for sure.

Also celebrated my niece's 13th birthday with her.
